The Blackmagic Design ATEM 4 M/E Constellation IP is an advanced 2 RU live production switcher built natively for SMPTE-2110 IP video workflows over high-speed 100G Ethernet. Designed for broadcasters and large-venue production teams migrating to all-IP infrastructure, it delivers 32 standards-converted SMPTE-2022-7 inputs and 32 SMPTE-2110 outputs across four sets of dual, redundant 100G QSFP28 connections, so every video link can be split across separate network switches for full hitless redundancy. Each port includes its own frame-rate and format converter, letting you mix sources at different standards without external conversion gear.

With four full M/E rows, 16 ATEM Advanced Keyers, 4 multiviewers, and 2 SuperSource processors, this switcher handles the most demanding multi-camera live events, sports, and studio broadcasts. A 68-channel audio mixer is built in for integrated audio production, while support for HD up to 1080p60 and Ultra HD up to 2160p60 at 10-bit 4:2:2 covers both legacy and high-resolution program formats. Redundant PTP clock connections, dual 10G control Ethernet for NMOS, and twin internal 100-240V AC power supplies make it engineered for mission-critical, 24/7 facility deployment.

The front panel features a built-in LCD for status monitoring and menu access, a headphone output and speaker for local program audio, plus a front USB-C port for software updates and direct connection to the free ATEM Software Control app. Combining native ST-2110 connectivity, extensive keying and DVE processing, and end-to-end redundancy in a compact 2 RU chassis, the ATEM 4 M/E Constellation IP is a future-proof core for modern IP-based live production.
