The Blackmagic Design Fairlight Live Audio Panel 20 is a professional desktop control surface built to drive the Fairlight Live software mixer for broadcast, live events, and audio post production. With 20 motorized flying faders, 20 multi-function rotary knobs with ring LED indicators, and dual 11.6 inch 1920x1080 touchscreen displays, it puts hands-on, tactile control of channel levels, EQ, dynamics, plug-ins, and routing right at your fingertips. A large touchscreen for every group of 10 faders gives you a live graphical view of channel strips, metering, processing, and plug-in interfaces as you mix.
Designed for modern IP-based facilities, the panel connects to SMPTE 2110 networks via dual 10G Ethernet, with a separate 1G Ethernet port for computer control, configuration, and software updates. Analog connections include a mic-level XLR input, line-level XLR outputs, dual headphone jacks, and dedicated XLR talkback connections, plus a built-in talkback microphone and four talkback groups for production communication. An HDMI output lets you drive an external monitor for expanded metering and visual feedback.
Because Fairlight Live is software based, the Audio Panel 20 unlocks deep capabilities including spatial and immersive audio with mono, stereo, LCR, 5.1, and ambisonics support, 6-band EQ and full dynamics on every channel, dozens of native plug-ins plus VST and AU hosting, flexible main, sub, aux, mix-minus, and matrix bus architecture, and up to 128 VCA masters. Dual redundant internal power supplies make it dependable for mission-critical live and on-air productions.
