The Blackmagic Design URSA Cine 17K 65 is a large-format digital film camera built around a groundbreaking 65mm RGBW sensor delivering a native 17,520 x 8,040 resolution and an immense 16 stops of dynamic range. Designed for high-end cinema, episodic, and commercial production, it pairs the oversized 50.81mm x 23.32mm sensor and 2.9-micron photosites with Blackmagic's Generation 5 Color Science to capture extraordinarily detailed, filmic images with smooth highlight roll-off and clean shadow detail. This kit bundles the camera body together with the URSA Cine EVF for accurate, eye-level monitoring on set.

Engineering for the demands of professional crews is evident throughout. The camera records 17K, 12K, 8K, and 4K Blackmagic RAW directly to the included Blackmagic Media Module 8TB, holding over four hours of full-aperture 17K or up to roughly 20 hours of 4K. A 10G Ethernet connection plus built-in Wi-Fi enable fast media offload and syncing to Blackmagic Cloud, while dual 5-inch 1500-nit HDR touchscreens, a dedicated assist station, and industry-standard Lemo and Fischer connectors keep operators, ACs, and DITs working efficiently.
