The Bose Professional DesignMax DM12SE Surface-Mount Loudspeaker is a passive 12-inch coaxial speaker for high-output indoor and outdoor commercial audio systems. It combines an 8-ohm design, 38 Hz low-frequency extension, 102-degree conical coverage, weather-treated drivers, and an IP55 enclosure in selectable black or white finishes.

Designed for performance venues, houses of worship, hospitality spaces, fitness facilities, retail environments, nightlife venues, outdoor patios, theaters, and multipurpose rooms, the DM12SE delivers broad point-source coverage from a compact architectural enclosure. Its 12-inch woofer and coaxially mounted compression driver provide full-range reproduction, while the included pan-and-tilt bracket supports precise aiming during permanent installations.

The enclosure uses UV-resistant engineered plastics with a powder-coated aluminum grille for demanding installed applications. A rear 4-pin Euroblock connector accepts 18 to 14 AWG wiring, and multiple M8 mounting points support the included bracket plus safety or pullback cables. Bose Professional amplifier and processor EQ voicings are available, although dedicated loudspeaker EQ is not required.
