The BOSS eBand JS-10 Audio Player with Guitar Effects is an all-in-one practice and jam system combining a 12 W 2.1 speaker system, dual guitar/microphone inputs, onboard recording, backing tracks, and COSM amp and effects processing. It lets guitarists, bassists, vocalists, teachers, and students practice or perform without assembling a separate amp and playback rig.

Two independent input channels allow any combination of guitar, bass, or microphone, with individual effects paths for duet sessions and music lessons. More than 350 onboard audio loops and 50 songs provide immediate accompaniment, while WAV and MP3 playback lets musicians practice with their own material. Tempo adjustment, key shifting, A/B repeat, and Center Cancel help isolate and study difficult passages.

COSM, BOSS modeling technology for recreating amplifier and effects behavior, provides processing derived from the GT-100 platform. The JS-10 also functions as a USB audio interface, records performances with effects, accepts SD/SDHC cards from 1 GB to 32 GB, and supports optional USB flash memory for expanded playback and file management.
