The BOSS VE-2 Vocal Harmonist Vocal Effects Processor creates real-time vocal harmonies while adding reverb, delay, enhancement, and subtle pitch correction. Its Auto Harmony system can follow chords from a connected guitar, while manual key selection supports singers without an instrument. The compact processor also provides 24 harmony configurations and three user memories.

Designed for singer-songwriters, solo performers, worship musicians, buskers, and vocal recording setups, the VE-2 offers Full, Hybrid, and manual harmony workflows. Hybrid mode combines guitar-chord detection with a selected song key, helping maintain appropriate harmonies when the guitar moves between rhythm and lead passages. Dedicated controls keep vocal effects accessible without complex menu navigation.

A balanced XLR microphone input supplies 48V phantom power for compatible condenser microphones, even during battery operation. USB-B audio connectivity supports computer recording, playback loopback, and processing of computer audio. The VE-2 also provides a guitar thru connection, headphone/line output, optional footswitch control, and operation from four AA batteries or an optional PSA-series AC adapter.
