The Camplex CMX-HDMI-SFPL HDMI Fiber Extender with Audio Extracting sends HDMI signals up to 4K2K@50/60Hz over single mode fiber up to 6.2 miles. It supports HDMI 2.0b, HDCP 2.2, 18Gbps video bandwidth, audio embedding, audio extraction, IR control, RS-232, and EDID management.
Designed for professional AV systems, broadcast facilities, education spaces, houses of worship, conference rooms, and control environments, this HDMI over fiber extender set helps move high-resolution HDMI video and multichannel audio across long-distance fiber infrastructure. The transmitter provides HDMI loop out for local monitoring, while the receiver supports audio extraction for routing sound to external systems.
The CMX-HDMI-SFPL supports 4K2K@60Hz video, multiple HDMI audio formats, bi-directional infrared control, and bi-directional RS-232 transmission for integrated system control. Two SFP modules are included, and the rugged black powder-coated metal housing with LED indicators supports dependable installation in professional racks, field systems, and permanent AV deployments.
