DJI BS100 Intelligent Battery Station for Matrice 400 TB100 Batteries

Charging logistics for a Matrice 400 fleet run through the DJI BS100 Intelligent Battery Station, a rolling hard case that stores and charges three TB100 flight batteries and two WB37 remote-controller batteries while also supplying up to 65 W over USB-C to a tablet or laptop. Intelligent management is built in: the station works with DJI's battery management system to show charge status, run storage self-discharge, and push battery firmware updates through the remote controller, so crews can keep packs healthy between missions. Charging output scales with mains voltage, reaching about 2184 W at 180-240 V, and the unit operates from -20 to 40 C.

Measuring 605 x 410 x 250 mm and weighing 11.8 kg, the BS100 doubles as the transport case for the batteries it charges, with wheels and a retractable handle for airport and job-site moves. It is the dedicated charger for the TB100 and TB100C battery family and the WB37 controller battery; the batteries themselves are sold separately. For agencies running the Matrice 400 on inspection, mapping or emergency-response rotations, one station per aircraft keeps a full set of packs cycling while the drone is in the air.
