DJI RS 4 Pro 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer, 10 lb Payload for Cinema Cameras

Carbon fiber axis arms and higher-torque motors let the DJI RS 4 Pro carry a tested payload of 4.5 kg (10 lb), which covers mirrorless bodies with cinema lenses as well as compact cinema cameras with monitors, wireless video and follow-focus motors mounted. Second-generation native vertical shooting switches the camera to portrait orientation by repositioning the horizontal plate, with no extra accessories, and second-generation automated axis locks unlock and lock all three axes in a single press.

Balancing is faster thanks to Teflon-coated axis arms and fine-tuning knobs, and the 1.8-inch OLED touchscreen gives direct access to gimbal modes, tracking, and camera control over the Multi-Camera Control Cable. The RS 4 Pro integrates with the DJI Focus Pro lens-control ecosystem, supports DJI SDR Transmission and Ronin Image Transmitter accessories for wireless monitoring, and includes Bluetooth 5.1 for shutter control of compatible cameras.

The BG30 Battery Grip supplies up to 13 hours of operation and recharges in about 1.5 hours with a 24 W charger, and the grip can be swapped without re-balancing. The standard package ships with the Arca-Swiss/Manfrotto quick-release plate, Extended Grip/Tripod, briefcase handle, extended lens-fastening support, cables and a carrying case. Folded, the gimbal measures 289.5 x 167.3 x 267 mm and weighs about 1242 g without the grip, so it travels in a standard camera backpack.
