DJI TB100 Intelligent Flight Battery for Matrice 400, 977Wh

Heavy-lift endurance on the DJI Matrice 400 comes from the TB100 Intelligent Flight Battery, a 20254 mAh, 977 Wh, 48.23 V Li-ion 13S pack. The aircraft flies on two TB100 batteries in a dual-battery, hot-swap-ready configuration, and the system is rated for up to 59 minutes of flight time without payload, giving inspection, mapping, public-safety and lidar-survey crews longer sorties with the 6 kg payload class.

The TB100 is engineered for high-current duty: a 4C discharge rate, up to 2C charging power, a -20 to 75 C discharge temperature range and a 5 to 45 C charging range, with a 400-cycle service rating for fleet budgeting. Intelligent battery management communicates cell health, cycle count and self-discharge status to DJI Pilot 2, and the pack weighs 4720 g.

Recharging is handled by the DJI BS100 Intelligent Battery Station, which refills a TB100 from 0% to 100% in about 45 minutes at 220 V in Fast Charging mode (70 minutes at 110 V, 110 minutes in Silent mode) and holds three TB100 packs plus two WB37 controller batteries. The TB100 is sold individually; Matrice 400 operators typically run at least four packs per aircraft for continuous operations.
