The Ecler ETER-FADER ETERNAL Inductive DJ Crossfader is a contactless replacement fader for compatible Ecler NUO and HAK mixers. Its patented magnetic sensing system controls the audio without a conventional resistive track, supporting smooth movement, precise cuts, and long-term performance for scratching, beat juggling, and conventional channel blending.

An ultralight aluminum screen moves through a magnetic field generated between two coil sets. This movement controls a voltage-controlled amplifier, or VCA, which adjusts the signal level electronically. The design avoids optical sensors and sliding electrical contacts, helping the fader withstand smoke, moisture, temperature changes, aging, and intensive use in clubs or mobile DJ systems.

Ecler combines the inductive system with a custom mechanical glide assembly for fast, controlled movement during demanding turntablist routines. The technology has undergone testing exceeding 20 million operations. Confirmed mixer compatibility includes the NUO2.0, NUO3.0, NUO4.0, NUO4.0F, HAK 360, and HAK 380.
