The Episode EA-DYN-16D-100 Dynamic Series Class-D amplifier delivers clean, efficient multi-room power for whole-home and light commercial audio systems, packing 16 channels of amplification into a single 2U rack-mount chassis. Each channel produces 100 watts into 4 ohms (50 watts into 8 ohms), and adjacent channel pairs can be bridged to 200 watts at 8 ohms for zones that need extra headroom — ideal for driving up to eight stereo zones of in-ceiling, in-wall, or outdoor speakers from one centralized rack location.

Designed by Snap One for custom integrators, the Dynamic Series makes distributed audio installation simple and reliable. Every zone offers front-panel input selection between its dedicated line-level input, an optical/SPDIF digital global input, or the Global A/B analog buses, so two shared sources can feed any combination of rooms. Auto audio-sensing turns the amplifier on when a signal appears and drops it into power-saving standby when the last source shuts off, while 12V trigger input and output loops integrate seamlessly with Control4 and other control systems.

Installer-friendly touches round out the package: a low-level subwoofer output per zone with a fixed 200 Hz low-pass crossover enables a 2.1 system in every room, RCA loop outputs allow easy daisy-chaining to additional amplifiers, individual gain controls balance levels between zones, and the included rack ears (with removable feet) provide clean equipment-rack mounting. ESD and surge protection exceeding CE Level 3 plus a UL listing ensure long-term dependability in the rack.
