JK Audio INTCHG Interchange Party-Line Intercom Phone Bridge Interface

The missing link between a party-line intercom and the outside world, the JK Audio Interchange gives remote access to your intercom through JK Audio innkeeper series digital hybrids for POTS lines or the AutoHybrid IP2 for VoIP. This half-rack interface provides a four-wire audio interface and remote control connection to the hybrid.

A front panel headset interface jack also connects a mobile phone, tablet, or computer for remote access through a call or conferencing app. The Listen-Always design lets both the four-wire connection and the mobile interface monitor the intercom like any other belt pack, through a high-impedance bridging tap, while talk mode is set to Off, On, or Auto following the hybrid's auto-answer.

Male and female 3-pin XLR loop jacks and 4-wire jacks, a male XLR mix line out for monitoring, LED metering, and screwdriver level controls are included. Interchange is powered by the intercom line itself, so no power supply is needed, and the optional RA2 panel mounts two in 1U.
