JK Audio QTIFB QuickTap IFB Telephone Handset Tap with XLR and 3.5 mm Outputs

For ENG crews and AV techs who need to pull phone-line audio into a mixer or headset amp, the JK Audio QuickTap IFB delivers it on a 600 ohm male XLR. It connects between a telephone and its handset and works with analog, digital, PBX, and ISDN phones.

Both outputs carry a mix of audio from the phone line and the handset audio going into the phone. Leave the handset disconnected and you hear only the far end of the call, which is ideal for IFB feeds. A 3.5 mm mono jack with attenuator accepts an IFB earpiece directly; because the box is passive with a 600 ohm output, choose an earpiece above 600 ohms for usable level.

QuickTap IFB needs no battery or AC power. It does not work with cellular telephones or any phone with a keypad in the handset.
