JK Audio RAMP RemoteAmp Belt-Pack Headphone and IFB Earpiece Amplifier

Cutting through crowd noise at a remote or on stage takes real headphone power, and the JK Audio RemoteAmp delivers it from a 9 V battery. This belt-clip personal amplifier works as an IFB earpiece or headphone amplifier, or as an on-stage monitor amp, with a low-distortion output of up to 500 mW per channel on the 1/4 in jack.

RemoteAmp accepts a 3-pin XLR input from a mixer, distribution amplifier, telephone hybrid, or a handset interface such as the QuickTap IFB, and it is compatible with two-wire party-line intercoms in listen-only mode. A low-impedance 3.5 mm TRS stereo line input mixes the headphone output of another device into your program feed and stays stereo all the way to the headphones.

Two independent level controls plus a master, a Hi-Z/Lo-Z termination switch on the 3.5 mm input, and both 1/4 in and 3.5 mm stereo headphone jacks cover most setups. A separate power switch lets you leave the volume at a comfortable level, and one 9 V battery runs more than 20 hours.
