What good is a field mixer without flexible monitoring for the whole crew? The JK Audio RemoteMix x4 (RMx4) combines a four-channel field mixer with a four-channel headphone amplifier, giving every 1/4 in headphone output its own level control and source selection between the clean mix or the cue input plus the mix.

Four low-noise, high-headroom active balanced XLR mic inputs offer high common mode rejection, individually switchable 48 V phantom power, and mic/line switching on channels 3 and 4. A 120 Hz low-cut filter removes room rumble and handling noise, and the direct-drive DC-coupled master XLR output delivers up to +16 dBu with 0.04% THD.

A 3.5 mm TRRS headset interface provides two-way IFB audio from a cell phone or notebook, with a soft limiter protecting it from overdrive, and 3.5 mm stereo line in and out handle recording and playback. Power comes from dual hot-swappable 9 V batteries or the included 100-240 VAC supply, which takes over when connected.
