JK Audio THAT2 THAT-2 Telephone Handset Audio Tap with XLR and RCA In/Out

Radio stations recording and playing sound bites, and TV and film sound crews pulling IFB dialog over phone lines, rely on the JK Audio THAT-2 for quick access to audio in and out of a telephone. It connects between the phone and its handset and offers both XLR and RCA inputs and outputs with input and output level controls.

A three-position switch emulates electret, dynamic, or carbon handset microphones, so THAT-2 can send audio into many analog and digital PBX sets as well as ISDN telephones. A grey pushbutton selects whether the handset or the line input is sent into the phone, and the outputs carry a mix of both sides of the conversation plus keypad tones.

THAT-2 is passive, needing no battery or AC power. It does not work with cordless or cell phones, or any telephone with a keypad in the handset.
