JK Audio VOICE Voice Path Telephone Handset Tap with 3.5 mm Sound Card Cables

Newsrooms, weather and traffic reporters, ad producers, and transcriptionists can move call audio straight to a computer with the JK Audio Voice Path. It continuously routes both sides of the conversation to the mic input of a PC or Mac sound card through attached 3.5 mm cables.

Press the grey button when you are ready to play a recording back into the call: Voice Path disconnects the handset mic and sends your audio down the phone line and into your receiver, so you hear the transmit audio along with the far end. Record, edit, and play back voice mail prompts or clips with your PC software.

A rear switch emulates electret, dynamic, or carbon handset microphones for compatibility with analog, digital PBX, and VoIP phones, and the level to the sound card is adjustable. It is passive, and it will not work with telephones that have a keypad in the handset.
