The KanexPro SP-HDMI2X8-8K 8K60 2x8 HDMI 2.1 Matrix Splitter routes either of two HDMI sources to eight displays while supporting resolutions up to 8K60 and 4K120. Its 48 Gbps HDMI 2.1 architecture combines source switching, video distribution, per-output scaling, HDR conversion, audio de-embedding, and diagnostic tools in one compact metal enclosure.

Each HDMI output can independently downscale an 8K source for 4K or 1080p displays, making the unit practical for mixed-resolution installations. Per-output HDR-to-SDR conversion helps integrate legacy screens, while HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, HLG, ALLM, and VRR pass through to compatible equipment.
