Sporting an elegant design, the MAUI 11 G3 visually appeals with its two aluminum column elements positioned at the front edge of the subwoofer. These columns are equipped with 6 x 3.5" midrange drivers and 2 x 1" tweeters, delivering even sound distribution and consistent horizontal dispersion, courtesy of an innovative phase plug design. The curved waveguide ensures high frequencies reach the furthest audience areas, while attention to the crossover filter between midrange and tweeter speakers ensures clear, vibrant, and powerful sound reproduction across the entire 120Ā° x 30Ā° dispersion field.
The columns function as cardioid units, managing low-mids at the front and reducing up to 18 dB at the rear for a cleaner stage sound. The subwoofer, featuring two 8" woofers and four bass-reflex ports, produces a tight low end down to 39 Hz. Adding a second subwoofer can boost the bass response by up to 6 dB and enable cardioid configuration with just a button press. Designed for durability, the subwoofer's polyurea coating withstands demanding conditions on the road.
