Lectrosonics R400a Digital Hybrid Wireless Diversity Receiver
The Lectrosonics R400a Digital Hybrid Wireless Diversity Receiver is a state-of-the-art solution for professionals seeking reliability and performance in wireless audio transmission. Engineered with cutting-edge technology, this receiver excels in environments where audio fidelity is paramount, delivering crystal-clear sound with minimal interference. Its hybrid design merges the best of digital and analog audio processing, ensuring a robust signal even in challenging conditions.
This high-performance, triple-conversion, frequency synthesized UHF receiver is fully compatible with all Lectrosonics 400 series transmitters, as well as a number of analog models. The proprietary audio processing includes a DSP (digital signal processor) for very low distortion and a superior signal-to-noise ratio. This DSP eliminates a compandor and its artifacts, providing exceptional audio quality when operating in its native hybrid mode. Special DSP algorithms also ensure compatibility with Lectrosonics 100 and 200 Series analog transmitters.
With a rugged chassis and intuitive interface, the R400a is built for the rigors of live performance, film production, and broadcast applications. It features advanced diversity reception, known as SmartDiversity™, which enhances signal stability by utilizing two antennas to capture the best signal. This ensures that your audio remains consistent and high-quality, regardless of the distance or obstacles between the transmitter and receiver.
The R400a is equipped with SmartTune™ for auto frequency selection and offers 256 selectable UHF frequencies, ensuring versatility for various audio applications. The unit's easy-to-read graphics type backlit LCD display provides real-time information on battery status, signal strength, audio levels, and operating frequency, making it simple for users to monitor their setup on the fly. Additionally, a built-in RF spectrum analyzer allows for site surveys to find interference-free operating frequencies, recording RF activity across the tuning range for quick identification of optimal channels.
