Line 6 Catalyst CX Modeling Guitar Amp

The Line 6 Catalyst CX Modeling Guitar Amp family combines traditional combo-amplifier controls with 12 amp voicings and 24 effects derived from Helix processors. Available in 60W, 100W, and 200W configurations, the series provides two channels, 36 presets, adjustable power output, USB audio connectivity, and dedicated controls for shaping guitar tones.

Players can choose the Catalyst CX 60 for practice, recording, and smaller stages, step up to the Catalyst CX 100 for rehearsals and larger performance demands, or select the Catalyst CX 200 with dual 12-inch speakers for the highest output and broader stage coverage. Each model provides adjustable gain boost, three-band EQ, presence, channel volume, reverb, tap tempo, and a chromatic tuner.

Catalyst CX amplifiers support up to two simultaneous effects from 24 delay, modulation, pitch, and reverb options. An effects loop can switch to Power Amp In mode for external modelers, while USB-B connects to Catalyst Edit and the four-channel 24-bit audio interface. The 100W and 200W versions also provide a 5-pin MIDI input for integration with compatible controllers and processing equipment.
