Wall rack for for voice/data equipment (patch panels, routers, hubs, network switches) to create a structured, organized cabling system. The hinged panel mounting frame pivots down 90 degrees, with an absolute stop, providing rear access to equipment for punch-down interconnects while in the fully open position.
