Magma MGA48069 CTRL Case for Akai MPC XL with Cable Organizer Panel

Transporting the full-size Akai MPC XL to the studio or the stage calls for more shell than a typical soft bag offers, which is why the Magma CTRL Case MPC XL steps up to an 8 mm rigid Durashock molded EVA construction. A precision-molded EVA inlay grips the MPC XL on every side, the water-rejecting polyester exterior fends off weather, and the whole package still weighs just 3.3 kg - a fraction of a comparable plywood flight case.

Producers rarely travel with the MPC alone, so Magma built in a cable organizer panel that keeps the power supply, USB and audio cables tidy and separated from the instrument. Removable egg-crate foam padding adds cushioning over the pads, screen and Q-Link knobs, and it fits even with a Decksaver cover left on the unit. Carrying handles and a shoulder strap with metal hooks round out a case measuring 61 x 56 x 14.5 cm outside and 54.5 x 49.5 x 11 cm inside.
