The NETGEAR AV Line M4250-12M2XF (MSM4214X) is a TAA-compliant managed switch engineered for 1G AV over IP, with twelve 2.5G ports and two SFP+ ports. Rear-facing connections keep cabling tidy in AV racks while port activity status reads from the front, and the switch arrives pre-configured so installers get out-of-the-box functionality for most AV-over-IP applications.
Built-in NETGEAR IGMP Plus enables multicast immediately, and the AV GUI assigns factory default or user-specified AV profiles to individual ports in a few clicks. Auto-trunk and auto-LAG connect automatically to other M4250 and M4300 switches. Jumbo frames are supported to 12kb, AVB is available through an electronic license, and universal mounting covers standard racks, VESA, under-table, or wall placement.
