It addresses small and medium businesses with high-density wireless needs, including schools, hotels, restaurants, and conference centers, and supports up to 256 maximum users with 75 concurrent connections.
Dual band WiFi 6 with eight streams reaches up to 2.4Gbps in the 5GHz band and 1.2Gbps in 2.4GHz, and a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port covers high speed wired connectivity. WPA3 plus eight separate SSIDs provide enterprise-level security, dual band mesh with a shared backhaul joins WAX610, WAX610Y, WAC540, or WAC564 units, and management runs through NETGEAR Insight or standalone.
