The NETGEAR M4300 8X8F is a stackable, half-width, fully managed switch carrying eight 10GBase-T copper ports and eight SFP+ ports in a 16-port layout. It is built for AV-over-IP systems, server rooms, and growing network edges, where two half-width units can share a single rack space for redundant top-of-rack switching.

Virtual chassis stacking delivers non-stop forwarding with hitless failover, and distributed link aggregation adds load balancing with zero downtime. The switch ships pre-configured for out-of-box Layer 2 multicast and is SDVoE-ready, with NETGEAR IGMP Plus preventing network flooding. Security features include DHCP snooping, IP Source Guard, and DoS mitigation, while mix-and-match stacking works across 10G and 1G models using RJ45, SFP+, or DAC media.
