The NETGEAR M4350-24F4X is an all-fiber managed switch aimed at audio-over-IP cores and AV backbone duty. Twenty-four 1G/2.5GBASE-X SFP ports connect downstream switches and endpoints over fiber, while four combo ports offer either 10GBASE-T copper or 10G SFP+ uplinks. NETGEAR positions it as an ideal core for tying 1G M4250 edge switches together through their SFP ports.
A 240W internal supply powers the switch, and one modular slot accepts an APS600Wv3, APS1200Wv2, or APS2000Wv2 for 1+1 redundancy. SMPTE ST 2110 Grand Master and Boundary Clock support AES67 and ST 2059-2 timing, IGMP Plus handles multicast without manual setup, and Layer 3 routing, Virtual Chassis stacking with hitless failover, and 30dB quiet-mode acoustics complete a platform built for AV-over-IP deployment.
