The NiSi NIC-66-CPL-EN is an enhanced circular polarizer for 6.6 x 6.6" matte boxes. The enhanced polarizer rotates inside of its frame, independent of the rest of the matte box, through a gear system with a geared control wheel located on the outer edge of the frame.
The frame itself slides into a 6.6 x 6.6" matte box filter tray slot, taking the place of the tray and locking into place the same way the tray would.
Enhanced Polarizers increase color saturation and cut non-metallic reflections, much like a regular polarizer, but particularly enhance skin and earth tones.
