OM System M.Zuiko Digital 2x Teleconverter MC-20

Double the reach of a compatible M.Zuiko telephoto without carrying a second long lens. Fitted between the camera and lens, the MC-20 multiplies focal length by 2.0x, so a 300mm f/4 PRO becomes a 600mm (1200mm-equivalent) lens and a 150-400mm PRO stretches even further for birds, wildlife and distant sport. Because it adds reach without adding a second big lens, it keeps your wildlife kit lighter and quicker to deploy in the field.

Its optical design of 9 elements in 4 groups, including an HR element, is built to preserve the sharpness of OM's PRO glass. Maximum image magnification doubles along with focal length, so a close-focusing partner such as the 90mm f/3.5 Macro IS PRO gains even greater magnification for tiny subjects. A metal mount and IPX1-rated weather sealing match the ruggedness of the lenses it pairs with.

Compatibility is deliberately limited to specific lenses: the 40-150mm f/2.8 PRO, 300mm f/4 IS PRO, 150-400mm f/4.5 TC1.25x IS PRO, 90mm f/3.5 Macro IS PRO, 100-400mm f/5.0-6.3 IS and IS II, and 150-600mm f/5.0-6.3 IS. At 150 g and about 26 mm long, it slips easily into any bag as a reach booster for the moments that need it.
