OM System M.Zuiko Digital ED 7-14mm f/2.8 PRO Ultra-Wide Zoom Lens

Sprawling landscapes, tight interiors and star-filled night skies all call for one thing: an ultra-wide view with a fast aperture. The M.Zuiko Digital ED 7-14mm f/2.8 PRO delivers a 14-28mm-equivalent zoom range with a constant f/2.8 maximum aperture, giving Micro Four Thirds photographers a 114-degree angle of view at the wide end and enough light-gathering for handheld nightscapes and astrophotography.

Despite that reach, the lens weighs only 534 g. Its 14-element, 11-group design uses one ED element, three Super ED elements, two aspherical ED elements, a DSA element and two HR elements to keep distortion and color fringing under control across the frame, while ZERO coating curbs flare from the sun and street lights. A 0.2 m closest focusing distance (about 7.5 cm working distance) adds dramatic wide-angle close-ups to its repertoire.

Weather sealing to IP53 makes the lens dustproof, splashproof and freezeproof, and a manual focus clutch plus L-Fn button give quick control in the field. The petal hood is built in to protect the bulbous front element, and with a separately available underwater lens port the 7-14mm can even be used for wide-angle diving photography.
