The Parasound Halo HINT 6 is a fully integrated stereo amplifier combining a two-channel power stage, a preamplifier, a built-in phono stage with MM and MC cartridge support, and a 384 kHz capable DAC in a single 4U chassis. Delivering 160 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 240 watts per channel into 4 ohms with both channels driven, it serves as a complete one-box solution for high-performance stereo systems, including those centered on vinyl playback or digital sources.

The ESS Sabre32 Reference ES9018K2M DAC accepts USB audio up to 384 kHz at 32-bit and DSD natively at DSD 256, as well as coaxial and optical sources up to 192 kHz at 24-bit. The phono stage provides 41 dB of gain for MM cartridges at 47 kilohms and 54 dB for MC cartridges at 47 kilohms or 100 ohms. Frequency response covers 10 Hz to 100 kHz. Signal-to-noise ratio is 103 dB from line inputs and 106 dB from digital inputs. An onboard headphone amplifier is built on the Texas Instruments TPA6120A.
