Remote Audio BCSHSDBC Modified MDR-7506 Headset Dynamic Talkback Mic Coiled

Boom operators on the Remote Audio Boom Cable System need a headset that talks back to the mixer as reliably as it monitors. The BCSHSDBC is a modified Sony MDR-7506 headset fitted with a dynamic talkback boom microphone and a coiled cable.

A dynamic capsule needs no powering, which keeps the talkback path simple with virtually any mic input. The coiled cable terminates in a TA5F connector for use with the Remote Audio Boom Cable System with talkback, or with a Remote Audio breakout adapter such as the HSADDB when plugging straight into a mixer.

Putting the talkback mic on the operator's own headset keeps communication close, clear, and independent of the distant slate mic built into most mixers.
