Communication between the mixer and the boom operator is part of every take, and the Duplex Box is Remote Audio's compact answer at the boom end. It is a passive, modular, lightweight box worn by the boom operator.

The Duplex Box is one part of a system: it requires a Neutricon extension cable (BCSX series) and the CADPLXFAN mixer fan at the cart for full functionality. That modular approach lets you swap or add only the section you need.

With no batteries to manage, the passive design keeps the boom operator's load light and simple over a long shooting day.
