The Aaton Cantar X3 uses a smartphone-style TRRS jack for monitoring and slating, and this short adapter connects a Remote Audio headset to it.

The adapter plugs into the headset's TA5F on a TA5M connector and splits out to a 3.5mm TRRS plug wired to the Cantar X3 / Nokia standard. Both stereo monitoring and the headset mic pass through the single TRRS plug.

At 6 in long it stays compact in a bag or on a cart, and it keeps the headset itself generic so the same unit can move between mixers by changing only the adapter.
