Remote Audio MCATW Micro Cat Miniature Lavalier Windscreen White

Sound mixers who need a lav in the open air reach for the Micro Cat, and this version comes in white. The miniature fuzzy windscreen covers the mic capsule so lavalier microphones can be used in windy conditions that would otherwise cause serious audio problems.

A fuzzy outer layer plus two inner layers of open weave fabric, all hand-made, block wind from the capsule while staying sonically transparent. The elastic opening easily fits over most lav mics up to 12 mm wide.

Use the Micro Cat outside clothing and fully exposed for best results, since concealment raises the chance of clothing noise. The supplied miniature screwdriver doubles as a storage holder that makes the opening easy to find.
