The Saramonic Air is an ultracompact 2-person wireless microphone system designed for videographers, YouTubers, journalists, podcasters, livestreamers, interviewers, and other mobile content creators. Operating on the digital 2.4 GHz wireless band, the system includes two miniature clip-on transmitters and a dual-channel receiver, allowing two people to be recorded simultaneously. Each transmitter features its own built-in omnidirectional microphone and can also be paired with the included lavalier microphone, giving creators the flexibility to choose between a discreet lav setup or a quick clip-on recording configuration.

Designed to work across cameras, smartphones, tablets, and computers, the Saramonic Air receiver provides multiple connection options in a remarkably compact package. Included USB-C and Lightning adapters expand compatibility with mobile devices, while a 1/8" TRS line output supports traditional camera connections. A separate 1/8" headphone output provides convenient audio monitoring, and the receiver's LED display offers easy access to system information. The system also supports mono, stereo, and safety recording modes along with low-cut filtering, EQ adjustment, audio limiting, and 2-stage active noise cancellation to help creators capture cleaner, more controlled dialogue.

The digital wireless system provides a transmission range of up to 984.3' under suitable conditions while delivering a wide 20 Hz to 20 kHz system frequency response and 116 dB dynamic range. The transmitters can operate for up to 10 hours per charge, while the receiver provides approximately 6.5 to 9.5 hours of battery operation. For longer production days, the included 1300 mAh charging case supplies up to 20 additional hours of operating time and can recharge the components while they are stored between recording sessions.

Additional control is available through the Saramonic mobile app for compatible Android and iOS devices. Users can remotely manage functions such as gain, noise cancellation, limiter settings, EQ, LED brightness, and other system parameters while monitoring important operating information such as battery status and wireless signal strength.
