The SES-AX1001 is a multi-function unit that is designed to either extract audio from the incoming HDMI signal to run to separate audio playback devices, or to embed external audio over the existing audio of an incoming HDMI signal. The SES-AX1001 supports 4K UHD resolutions up to 4K@60Hz (4:4:4 8-bit) and CEC bypass.
