The Seymour Duncan Slash 2.0 bridge humbucker captures the ferocious rock tones that made Slash’s sound legendary on records with Guns N’ Roses, Velvet Revolver and his solo projects. Developed in close collaboration with Slash, this pickup delivers the searing riffs, singing lead lines and expressive dynamics that define his signature style.
Based on his APH-2 signature humbuckers, the Slash 2.0 bridge pickup uses a hotter wind to provide the same tonality and clarity, but with more output to push your amp harder. In the bridge position, it delivers the perfect balance of volume, drive and compression, making it ideal for classic rock, hard rock and high-gain lead tones. The striking reverse zebra coils give your guitar a distinctive, iconic look on stage.
Hand built in Santa Barbara, California, this humbucker combines vintage-inspired construction with modern versatility. A nickel silver bottom plate, maple spacer, paper tape and wax potting provide stability, warmth and controlled feedback, while Short Ear (SE) mounting legs and a 4-conductor cable open up advanced wiring options such as coil splitting, series/parallel configurations and phase switching.
