The Seymour Duncan APH-2B Slash bridge humbucker is voiced to capture the legendary sustain, crunch, and midrange of Slash’s original Derrig Les Paul and classic Appetite for Destruction tones. Developed in collaboration with Slash, this Alnico 2 Pro design uses a custom magnet wire and winding recipe to push a stock Les Paul or similar guitar toward that rich, singing lead tone and muscular rock rhythm he’s known for.
This raw nickel bridge pickup combines vintage feel with modern versatility. Its medium output and smooth top end respond dynamically to your picking, cleaning up with lighter touch and roaring to life when you dig in. Hand-built in the USA and matched to Slash’s own stage and studio guitars, the APH-2B Slash delivers the same character and attitude found in his signature instruments.
