Sony VPL-XW8100 4K HDR Laser Home Theater Projector With Native 4K SXRD Panel
The Sony VPL-XW8100 is a high-performance native 4K laser home theater projector built on Sony's SXRD panel platform. Producing up to 3,400 lumens from a laser diode light source, it is designed for dedicated home theater rooms where ambient light control allows the projector to operate at its full potential. The chassis measures 18.12 x 8.28 x 20.34 inches and weighs approximately 31 lbs.
The VPL-XW8100 features powered lens shift of plus or minus 85% vertically and plus or minus 36% horizontally, providing considerable installation flexibility for ceiling or shelf mounting without image distortion. Throw ratio is 1.34:1 to 2.87:1, and supported input resolutions include full 4K at up to 60p as well as 1080p at 120p. Two HDMI 2 inputs are provided alongside LAN, RS-232C serial control, IR input, 12V trigger, and USB power ports. Power consumption is 420W.
