This 2RU SymplyPRO Ethernet LTO appliance provides high-performance LTO-9 data protection over dual 10Gb Ethernet connections. Designed for media, enterprise, and datacenter environments, it enables secure shared access to full-height LTO-9 tape technology without requiring dedicated servers. Its ARM-driven architecture maximizes block transfer performance across Ethernet while supporting LTFS for simple drag-and-drop file handling.
The appliance supports flexible configurations including SAS expansion or library connectivity, and includes Symply CableLess technology for rapid drive replacement or upgrades. With support for up to four LTO drives, AES 256-bit encryption, and included data and cleaning cartridges, it delivers a scalable and efficient archival workflow.
