The SymplyPRO 1RU Ethernet LTO-9 HH is a rackmount tape appliance that shares an LTO-9 half-height drive over 10GbE iSCSI for backup and archive workflows. Designed for use in media, post-production, enterprise, and institutional environments, it provides networked access to high-capacity LTO-9 tape without a dedicated server. Its compact 1RU metal chassis, dual 10GbE SFP+ ports, and SAS expansion make it suitable for centralised, multi-user backup and long-term archive.

The system ships with a single LTO-9 half-height drive in a dual-bay, hot-swap design that can be upgraded to a second internal drive. Dual 10Gb Ethernet SFP+ interfaces provide aggregated throughput up to iSCSI line rates, while a 12Gb SAS expansion port supports additional external SAS LTO drives or libraries. With LTFS, AES 256-bit encryption, and WORM support, it delivers interoperable, compliant tape storage. Internal auto-switching power and dual-fan cooling support continuous operation in rack environments.
