The Tannoy OCV 6 Coaxial Pendant Loudspeaker is a passive installation speaker designed for suspended mounting in open-ceiling commercial spaces. It combines a coaxial 6" low-frequency driver and 0.79" high-frequency driver with 90-degree conical coverage, 60W continuous power handling, and an integrated transformer for 70V or 100V distributed audio systems.

With an 80 Hz to 20 kHz frequency response and 88 dB sensitivity, the OCV 6 supports music and speech reinforcement in retail spaces, transportation facilities, conference areas, fitness centers, hotels, and other large commercial interiors. Its transformer provides selectable 60W, 30W, and 15W taps, plus a 7.5W tap on 70V systems. Installers can also select low-impedance operation for compatible 16-ohm amplification.

The cylindrical ABS and steel enclosure uses a plated, powder-coated steel grille and carries an IP64 rating for resistance to dust and water exposure. A removable locking Euroblock connector supports loop-through wiring for distributed speaker runs. The included suspension and safety hardware supports professional overhead installation, while UL-1480, UL-2043, and CE ratings address common commercial installation requirements.
