The Tannoy VLS 7 (EN 54) Passive Column Array Loudspeaker is a seven-driver installation speaker designed for highly intelligible speech in acoustically challenging spaces. Seven vertically arrayed 3.5" full-range drivers combine with FAST dispersion control, 150W average power handling, and EN 54-24 certification for professional life-safety and commercial audio applications.

Available in black and white finishes, the VLS 7 (EN 54) suits airports, train stations, conference centers, houses of worship, stadium concourses, museums, and other architecturally sensitive installations. Focussed Asymmetrical Shaping Technology, or FAST, directs more vertical energy toward the lower listening area, reducing the amount of downward cabinet tilt normally required for column loudspeakers.

The VLS 7 (EN 54) supports 12-ohm low-impedance operation plus 70V and 100V distributed systems through an integrated 150W transformer. Its aluminum enclosure, powder-coated perforated steel grille, IP64 environmental rating, salt-spray resistance, and UV resistance support permanent indoor and suitable outdoor installations. Barrier-strip connections and included wall, flying, and weather-protection hardware simplify professional system integration.
