The Turing Video TR-MRCP084T2 is a SMART Series 8-channel direct-to-cloud network video recorder that connects straight to the Turing Vision cloud VMS through its built-in bridgeless DTC gateway — there is no separate bridge appliance to buy, mount, or troubleshoot. Replacing the earlier TR-MRP082G2-B bundle, it delivers the same cloud-managed AI video platform in a single 1.5U rack-mount unit, with quick cloud enrollment via QR code and full NDAA compliance for government and enterprise deployments.

Eight integrated PoE ports (IEEE 802.3af/at, 130W total budget) provide plug-and-play, single-cable installation for IP cameras, while ONVIF S/G/T conformance keeps the recorder open to multi-vendor camera integration. The NVR records resolutions up to 16MP using efficient Ultra 265/H.265 compression, handles 320 Mbps incoming bandwidth, and drives independent 4K HDMI and VGA outputs for simultaneous dual-monitor local viewing, with Smart VCA alarm relay for AI events and fisheye dewarping support.

Storage is handled by dual SATA bays with a 4TB surveillance HDD pre-installed and support for up to 16TB per bay (32TB total) for extended retention. Footage can be managed locally or from anywhere through the Turing Vision cloud platform.
