Warm Audio WA-C1 Stereo Chorus and Vibrato Pedal

Lush, swirling modulation from the late 1970s is alive in the Warm Audio WA-C1, a faithful recreation of one of the most iconic all-analog chorus and vibrato pedals ever made. A Xvive MN3007 bucket-brigade device sits at the heart of the circuit, delivering the warmth and depth that made the original a fixture on records by The Police, Queen and countless players since.

Separate chorus and vibrato sections each have their own Depth and Rate controls, so subtle shimmer and seasick wobble are both a footswitch away. A 100% analog preamp with High/Low input sensitivity and a level control lets the pedal handle everything from vintage single coils to keyboards and hot humbuckers, while a selectable Hi-Z input keeps passive instruments sounding full. A flashing LED shows which effect is active and pulses at the modulation rate.

Two outputs make true stereo spread possible into a pair of amps or an interface. Five ICs, including three Texas Instruments audio op-amps in the signal path, eleven discrete transistors and a dual DC-DC converter running vintage-correct internal voltages give the WA-C1 the headroom and character of the original with the reliability of a modern build.
