The HBL2813 is a 4-pole 5-wire 3-phase 30A 120/208VAC Y-type Twist-Lock NEMA L21-30R Insulgrip Grounding Connector, made of black and white nylon body, brass contacts, #10-32 Phillips/slotted/Robertson screw terminals and 9 to 29mm cord diameter.
