The Winland EA400-12 environmental monitor supervises temperature, humidity, or water conditions through as many as four compatible wired sensors. It displays local status on an LCD and provides relay outputs for integration with security or alarm panels, helping facilities respond when a configured high or low threshold is crossed.

Each zone operates simultaneously and can use its own sensor type, limits, offset, relay behavior, and alarm delay. Eight-event memory records incidents with time and date, while the tamper-resistant lock helps prevent unauthorized setting changes. A 10-minute alarm-silence timer supports local response without clearing the underlying condition.

Designed for refrigerated storage, warehouses, server rooms, healthcare facilities, and other monitored spaces, the EA400-12 remains outside the controlled environment while remote probes measure conditions inside. It has no onboard sensor, so compatible sensors are required and sold separately. The enclosure mounts to a standard two-gang box or directly to a surface and requires 12 VDC power.
