It ensures 15 mm lightweight rod alignment at the correct lens height and includes a modular dual quick-release mechanism for swift camera transitions.
Featuring ARCA Swiss and ARRI dovetail compatibility, threaded mounting points, and a vertical rod port to support lens adapters, this baseplate is built for seamless integration across tripods, rigs, jibs, and gimbals.

- Dual Quick-Release System: Option to detach the camera with rods or separately from the lower dovetail for maximum setup flexibility.
- Correct Lens Height: Supports 15 mm LWS (Lightweight Support) rods positioned optimally for matte boxes and follow focus systems.
- Upper Dovetail Plate: ARCA Swiss-standard dovetail for compatibility with gimbals and third-party ARCA systems; threaded 1/4-20 screws allow for secure mounting atop.
- Lower Dovetail Interface: ARRI-standard dovetail plate exposed upon removing the baseplate—integrates with 2060 dovetails, safety dovetails, or shoulder rigs.
- Support for Lens Adapters: Integrated vertical 15 mm rod opening allows for lens adapter foot support directly in front of the camera.
- Mounting Versatility: Bottom surface offers multiple 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 threaded holes for tripod plates or ARRI bridgeplates; Compatible with VCT-14 systems via optional Wedge Plate and Tripod Plate.
- Anti-Twist Design: Camera dovetail features a non-slip rubber surface and long screw slot for secure attachment up to 70 mm apart.
